The AU president is assisted in their role by a committee of 5 officers consisting of:
The BUCS Officer assists the AU president in the logistics of match days and represents Bangor in BUCS meeting where the AU president is unable to attend.
This officer is responsible for publicising information and AU events via the website, facebook page and other media. They also act as a liaison between the AU and the SU media societies as well as ensuring the AU and individual club WebPages are up to date.

Responsible for organising and publicising AU intramural (casual sport) events.

The committee meet regularly to discuss and decide on all aspects of the AU operations including Varsity (inter-University championship), finance, AU night applications and any other AU related stuff.
The committee report to Student Union Senate every two weeks through the AU chair, I refer not to an actual chair here (not even a nice wooden one) but rather to a chairperson. As well as reporting to senate the chair acts in a supervisory role for the meetings and determines the agenda (with the AU President)
Committee meetings are at least once a month but will be more regular than this and will be publicised on this website and on the AU facebook page.

Mae’r swyddog hwn yn gyfrifol am roi cyhoeddusrwydd i wybodaeth a digwyddiadau’r UA drwy’r wefan, tudalen Facebook a chyfryngau eraill. Mae hefyd yn gweithredu fel cyswllt rhwng yr UA a chymdeithasau cyfryngau UM yn ogystal â sicrhau fod tudalennau gwe'r UA a’r clybiau unigol wedi’u diweddaru.

Mae’r pwyllgor yn cwrdd yn rheolaidd i drafod a phenderfynu ar bob agwedd o weithrediadau’r UA gan gynnwys y Bencampwriaeth Rhyng-brifysgol, cyllid, ceisiadau am nosweithiau’r UA ac unrhyw faterion eraill yn ymwneud â’r UA.
Mae’r pwyllgor yn adrodd i Senedd Undeb y Myfyrwyr bob pythefnos drwy gadeirydd yr UA. Yn ogystal ag adrodd i’r Senedd mae gan y Cadeirydd swyddogaeth oruchwylio o ran y cyfarfodydd ac fe fydd yn penderfynu ar yr agenda (gyda Llywydd yr UA).
